MS Access Can't find the database ...

Can't find the database you specified or you didn't specify a database at all

New laptop and newly liensed Office Pro 2019. I cannot open Access I just get the above message.

Have done all the tweaks in:

...to no avail. I would be grateful for a nudge in the right direction - thank you!

It was a remnant of the built in office 365 thing. I found the correct icon in start menu and the command line is

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\MSACCESS.EXE"

the erroneous one was almost the same but not...

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\MSACCESS.EXE

In case it helps someone in the future...
