Displaying addresses on invoices

We are moving premises soon and will have a different registered company address to our trading address, it seems by law you have to have the registrered company address on invoices - Sellerdeck only allows one address to be pulled from business settings.

This is not ideal as for returns ect we do not want goods or vistors going to the registered address, is there a simple way of adding the trading address to the invoices please?

Just noticed the customer emails drag over the same address from business settings, is there a way to edit this one to?

I knew I'd posted this before but I had to go back 16 years to find it!

As an alternative to editing the report, you could put the text you want into 'remittance terms' under Business Settings>Terms and Conditions. Any text you enter here appears at the bottom of the printed Receipt/Invoice.

For emails, you should be able to just add the registered address wherever you want it in the email layout.

Briilliant thanks Mike, thankfully remmitance terms is still there! I wanted no confusion with returns when customers looked at their invoice so this is perfect.

Had a play with it all ok but the only slight glitch is it places it in the VAT breakdown rather than the footer of the invoice!

It does print below the rest of the invoice rather than at the bottom of the page.

A few blanks lines should separate it from the VAT breakdown.

The other option of course, if you use a printer dedicated to invoice / receipts, would be to pre-print your paper with the registered address at the bottom.

Its used for all sorts but the other option works really well thank you. Moving yo Scotland in four weeks so lots of tying up loose ends to do!
