Having been forced in to upgrading to GA4 Analytics, we discover in our Merchant Centre that we started with 17k+ products on our site, all of which were "disapproved", citing missing shipping information. For some reason it has now dropped down to about 13k products in total (-4k), all of which still have missing shipping information and around 10k with missing brand and mpn.
I have no idea how to remedy the shipping issue, although it looks like there could be a blanket solution in the Google Merchant Centre? If anyone could enlighten me I'd be obliged.
For the brand and mpn, I have these variables populated in Sellerdeck and was of the understanding that a file was created and uploaded, which provides this information to Google and the like. Could it be that after six weeks Google still hasn't reviewed our site entire site and where have the missing 4k products gone despite the fact they are still there?
I'd appreciate any insight that might help us get back on track.
