I had a problem with 18.12 with some java script errors that I opened a ticket for.
I tried all the suggestions from support, they at their end upgraded a snapshot to v18.22 which cured it.
I asked if they could manage the upgrade for me to cure it my end, they agreed in principle.
I got a call from my account manager saying it could be done fast for me if I signed up for clearaccept sellerdeck pay.
I am more than happy with my current payment solution so said I'd wait.
I got an email today saying that my managed upgrade is CONDITIONAL on me signing up!
Well I'm a bit shocked by this tactic.
By the way I said I was willing to pay for the upgrade despite being a 365 customer.
