Have a look here - https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove...f-susp-trojan/
I would Definitely download Malaware Bytes - https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download - and run the free scan. MBM is extremely good. Hopefully it should remove this possible TrojanJonathan Chappell

Thanks Jonathan,
I have had to disable the antivirus to carry on for now and I have submitted a false positive review.
I will be going through the checking and removal steps shortly to see if it is present.
I downloaded Malwarebytes, and it found some Restoro Hkeys that had been quarantined. However, Avast is not happy, so I quarantined the p_index.html file and then went into the quarantined folder to restore it and add an exemption for now.

Thanks that's worrying, have you tried reporting this to AVG?
From.what I've read this has happened before with this file type with Avast and AVG users and often the antivirus will update and resolve itself, have you tried updating virus definitions?
If you are confident it isn't a threat you could try this.- Change allowed features
Go to the Blocked & Allowed apps settings screen and click the three dots next to Options. Select Change allowed features and tick or untick the AVG features you want to allow access for.
