Limit on Fragments?

I am looking at setting up a gallery of rings that we have engraved for clients so that current clients can view, and choose what they like.

This would be constantly added to as we engrave more & more.

I am just trying to plan in my head if I should do this with hundreds of variables where I just add the details and a layout shows them, or just add a fragment for each.

My real question. Is there a limit to the amount of fragments on a page? even if there isn't a limit, would this cause any other issues.

Normally I would just do this a static page, but with it being constantly added to I wanted an easier daily approach to updating.

And of course if you have an idea that I haven't thought of, it would be appreciated.

People use filters to cut through what they want so using fragments would create a list that clients would have to trawl through.
One idea would be to set up a section and sub-sections with the images with easily recognisable descriptions or codes and create properties for them so they are searchable and can be added as a component.

I don’t think there is any limit on fragments, however the page could end up too big so customers may just give up scrolling.

if it were me, I’d set up a product summary layout that matched the fragment you were going to use, create a section but don’t set it to create a single product page. Set up some filter variables and then just add it as a list of products, exclude from product feed and set filtering to that section, that way customers can filter by “style” etc and you can split the page via pagination.
