Feefo Logos Missing

Having eventually got Feefo working by myself (which was not straightforward due to relevant information being available from a variety of sources and an apparent lack of knowledge of Feefo by support staff), I have a remaining problem.

Although the default Feefo logos have been kept, they do not appear in the page preview of Actinic. Selecting different logos makes no difference.

I updated my site but they are still not displayed. Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong?

If they're referenced externally to your website then they've probably been blocked from preview to stop Actinic slowing down.

Good point.

That is why I uploaded the site and tested it live.

They still do not display. Maybe I will have a look at the code on a site page and see what the link is.

The logos stay hidden until you have some feefo feedback.

That's interesting. The Alt text is displayed which does look unprofessional.

I am sure that could be handled in a more elegant way.

I have also sent the link html code to Feefo and they have responded saying there is an error in the account name. The Actinic guys are looking at this now.

Are you sure you've entered the correct feefo login details into Actinic? Try www.thedebugstore.com rather than www-thedebugstore-com

The Feefo setup page requires the FTP login, ie www-thedebugstore-com. This passes the Feefo test for communications.

Is there somewhere else I need to type the normal Feefo login of www.thedebugstore.com?

Try www.thedebugstore.com it will test ok too and should solve the problem. I use dots rather than dashes.
