I recently tried to upgrade to V10 from V9 but ran into a problem with the Teclan Single Page Checkout. I know that's perhaps to be expected because of the new checkout in V10 but I am finding it hard to find a work around so have had to revert back to V9.
I originally contacted Actinic support, but after spending a day looking at my site they said it was too heavily modified and they didn't know what to do with it and that I should go back to Teclan (who had originally spent 10 minutes installing the Single Page Checkout).
So - I went back to Fergus who was as helpful as usual and who gave me some instructions. I was to reset the factory settings on V9 for the checkout and then upgrade this to V10 - all looked straight forward and easy to follow. However, on following these I unfortunately get the same error at the checkout (it just hangs on stage 2).
I was really hoping to try V10 (having specifically waited for 10.1 to come out first) but seem unable to be able to upgrade to it because I have the Teclan Single Page Checkout on my V9, so does anyone have any other solutions I could try?
These are what I reset to factory settings as per Fergus' instructions:
Order00
Order01
Order02
Order03 ...and I've also reset the: Order Details Bulk Area
