    3rd Man Update issue

    Anyone else having issues with this? I am unable to get 3rd Man Updates from any order since yesterday afternoon.

          All I'm doing is pointing to a known issue. How long it takes to resolve it is between you, Actinic and 3rd Man.

                    I've just checked and the service appears to be running ok, its scored transactions up to approx. 10:41 today and I made sure transactions were scored while I was checking

                    I also checked your account and the three transactions for today (so far) are all scored

                      Thanks, however I have 5 transactions from 17:00 to 19:00 yesterday that didn't score and still don't.

                        Could you contact our support dept on Monday and let them have the transaction references and they will investigate

                          I also have an outstanding fraud score from 17:58 yesterday, although have had more recent transactions that are OK.

                            I just wanted to quickly give you an update to sort of close this thread off.

                            The missing fraud scores mentioned above should now be visible. There was a problem with The 3rd man system which meant a batch of scores didn't get processed, resulting in the gap seen by a few clients.

                            If you still think thee is a gap please advise our support team of the details so the mater can be investigated
