    Sending Base Files

    Hi

I am trying to upload my site to change vat and it is getting stuck on sending base files - checking price band index.

I am using V10, I have compressed files and purged content, but still will not go past this stage.

    Does anyone know a solution.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR

I had this once before after upgrading from v6-v9 - in the end a nice person from Actinic had a look at a snapshot & sorted it out. Something corrupted in the database I think.

      Thanks Nick

The problem is I don't have support. The person who redesigned our website has sent a snapshot to Actinic but still not heard anything and wandered if anyone knew a easy solution as the vat is now wrong.

      Best Regards

      Nicola

Have you tried a full refresh or just an upload?

Also have you tried it in test mode?

I am just trying a full refresh and it is still getting stuck on sending base files.

Also I am using V9 - I think Christmas has pickled my brain!!

Not tried in test mode, will give it a go now

I think it may be best left to Actinic to advise - if your developer has already sent a snapshot, may be as well to see that through. But apply pressure (nicely)!

                  Hello Nicola,

Have you tried going to the network setup and clicking Use Passive FTP transfers?

have you tried changing the script id number then restarting actinic then do a complete refresh, also are you running ESET AV, if so turn off / disable real time file protection
