Image Only At Section Level Question?

You have image only layout selected on the section link layout on each of those subsections within that section?

I think this may be where the problem lies as within my site:

Clothing Section = image only (selected layout) --this works fine

Mens Clothing (subsection) = image only (selected layout)
(this continues to display text and a more info link even though image only layout is selected in the layout which is NOT what i want)

Trousers (subsection) = section link with product details (selected) --- this works as i wanted as i want this subsection to display certain product details.

I don't see why the image only works for the section but not certain sub sections within it.

sorry to hear your still having trouble with this! I have this working on my site so I really dont know what to suggest without being able to see your screen. Create some new sections to test with, set the layouts as required and see whats happens. The only thing I can think of is what I have already mentioned, if your mens clothing section has the wrong layout. maybe take a screenshot of that?

it seems as though the mens section is taking the layout from the subsection within it ...strange!

Have you managed to accidentally edit the image only layout? goto design|library|section links and make sure you click "highlight edited library layouts"
