We have a problem with our 10.3 site, currently under development, the Actinic program files are on our the C drive and the site files on our shared (local) server.
We get the following message when compacting the database
There was a problem compacting the database
.\\sbs2k8\Shared\Actinic v10\site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb with the database.
.\\sbs2k8\Shared\Actinic v10\site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb
The reported error was: Drivers ConfigDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed please use explorer to investigate the problem.
Actinic will now close and must be restarted
I have tried repairing the data sources (odbc) but to no avail.
Our current V9 site is all on the c drive and works fine.
We are running Windows 7 but do not have Access
Any suggestions, before i try a re-install, or move the site to the c drive, gratefully received.
