Recovering from a screwed up theme

If I have made such an 4rs3 of a site I am working on and have edited the silver theme beyond all that was sensible, how do I get the basic silver theme back so I can start playing again?

Locate the layout(s) in the design library, right click on them and select to revert.

Excellent Thanks. I was concentrating on the themes. I was editing the outer layout for silver theme and made a right pigs ear of it.
