Adding pages to store information

On our actinic website there is a section in the left sidebar that says 'store information', I do not know how to add pages to this. I would like to add pages such as 'about us', 'contact us', etc.. So I can get rid of the about us section at the very top of the homepage, so I can then add more marketing about our products on the homepage.

If you know the codes and everything please tell me with an easy step by step guide on how to achieve this, as I am not that into coding and everything, but I understand how to add codes and to personalise them with own information.

If you add a brochure page it will appear in 'Store information.'
In design view around line 98 look for <h1>Store Information</h1> and change Store Information to what you will.

Im having trouble on the steps that are -

11. Go to the 'Design' tab and in the preview pane click on one of the brochure pages in your navigation list. You should now be looking at the brochure link layout for your theme.

12. Highlight all the code in the layout and click the 'Insert Block' button

I cant find the code I need to highlight
