Product Mash - Amazon & Google Listing Problem

    Hi ,

Having a bit of trouble with Mole Ends Product Mash. Have exported and uploaded feeds to both Google and Amazon and both have been listed for the most part.

The problem is that both Google and Amazon list my items at the net price instead of the gross. This is OK with Google as the customer is redirected to our site anyway but because Amazon take the payment they are only charging the net price.

Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it? I've already e-mailed Mole End support but they've not got back and I need to get these feeds up!!

    Any helps appreciated thanks

Looking at the info on their site would help.

The first picture I see has a box marked "add tax to price". Is this ticked?

I have replied to your support ticket - I think you need to tick the "Add tax to price" option before producing the file.

        Hi,

        Thanks for the replies.

Checked my settings and the add tax to price is checked. Is there anything else I'm missing?
