Contact Form Page - Not Working

I have just created a new website in Actinic V10 which has the Contact Form page.

I have used exactly the same smtp settings ( SMTP Server, Username & Password ) as another website which I have subsequently tested and works correctly.

For some reason when I try and us the Contact Form on the new website the test email does not get sent.

I can't understand why this isn't working as I haven't changed any of the scripts etc.

    Any ideas please?

different websites would usually have different usernames and passwords associated with them.

What responses do you get when you test the network settings?

When I test the network settings I get the following response:

      Actinic mail test completed successfully

      server: passed
      connection: passed
      sockets: passed
      communications: passed
      authorisation: passed
      message -

      ---------------------------

One thing which might be useful to mention is when I test the network settings on the website with the contact form that works I receive the following email message:

This is the test message from Actinic Catalog.
The email address and SMTP server you specified in the network preferences are correct.

However when I test the network settings for the website with the contact form that doesn't work
I don't receive the above message.

Check the sites email address as per Settings / Business Settings / Company/Contact.

I'll bet YourName@YourCompanyEmail.com is wondering where all those test emails are from. Almost worth registering the domain.
