previewhtlm troubles

I am getting this message on screen and despite a proper clean install i can't get rid of it. FYI i have installed on two different pc's (same win7 os) with no problems at all.

Cannot find
'file...:/ProgramData//Actinic%20v10/site1/PreviewHTML_Administrator/P_index.html#aa39'.
Make sure the path or internet address is correct

v10.004
windows 7 32bit
