Hi there. We have a couple of questions about feefo:
1. I can see the setting for requesting feedback, in X days, after the order is placed/completed. But when does the data actually get sent? Is it actually sent to feefo X days after the event, or is it sent straight away with a flag or date for feefo to work on.
2. What happens about orders that are placed and then cancelled and refunded - are these still placed into the feedback feed ?
3. We read that feefo is now included in google shopping results, but is there something that needs to be done to make that happen, or does google just sort it out automatically ?
4. We understand that some extra programming is required to make actual reviews appear on our own site (like Charles Tyrwhitt has), can anyone explain how its done as the FeefoProductFeedback layout doesnt seem to work.
