Hi Fellow Sellerdeck Users,
We use Sagepay and obvioulsy Paypal.
When payments come through onto sagepay we see no surname only "NULL" as the surname.
We are starting to think this may be affecting our completed cart success rate, i.e. Our customers abandoning carts as they believe that not seeing their surname in the sagepay system has in someway breached their security.
Is anyone else seeing this and it is a sagepay / paypal problem or is it in someway Sellerdeck connected ?
Anyone else see this ? Will sagepay V3 integration stop this ?
