Why are you taking people away from the site using the left hand logo's on the lock company without any warning?
The honest answer is because that's the way i have always done it. I am a firm believer in not explaining any navigation on a site at all. I have always worked on a principle that if you have to explain your navigation or how to use it, then it has failed miserably. Perhaps i should rethink this area, it is easy to build sites for the way i surf at times and forget the bigger picture.
Sorry think you have the wrong end of the stick, I was thinking that customers would click through to Chubb expecting to get your sites Chubb items, but instead get sent to a new site owned by Chubb and buying their items there
Ah with you, i can see what you mean, that is logical i guess. The guy asked for it as it is, but i will certainly mention it to him and see what he says. Cheers.
(and if you want to see 8.5.2. beta live, checkout my main site in the sig. seems to be hassle free Chris. And yes, tested etc and I know the risks of BETA to Live but have to say, no issues found in 10 days of testing this end)
More products to go in and two links to mod in flash...but here it is, enjoy (I hope )
Nice design but quite irritating as it reloads the top animation on everypage, i've always felt it better to leave the fancy stuff out of shopping pages. The site doesn't work for me in IE6 as i don't have Adobe flash installed, this means everytime i go from page to page in cacatalog it pauses for 30 secs and then asks me to installAdobe flash.

I know Jo
Pointed it out to Ged but he wanted to keep the animation on all stores.
I suggested the anime on brochure (without music) and a flat HTML on the store....but they are happy and it is their site.
Ta for the view, and yes, centering is an option but once again, they are happy with the current view.
As for TTS, centering is planned when we have a final sit down.
The constant reloading of the Flash may be distracting. Also after I added to cart it went back to the home page, not the product page I was on and there is no view basket/checkout from there.
