Any idea when cover customers will be receiving version 8, emailed sales twice with this question but as yet not had the courtesy of a reply.

I'm sorry that you have not had a reply to your emails, I'm checking with the team that receives the sales emails to see why there has npt been a reply.

At present we have hired additional help to send out the upgrades. So far this week we have sent out nearly 200 upgrades are doing our absolute best to reduce the back log.

Sorry about the delays but we are presently processing as many upgrade requests as we can physically cope with. We are hoping to have the majority of the backlog sent out in the next week and then return to a 7 day turn around.

I appreciate your concerns and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.
