Your quickest solution is probably to ask your host to switch you to a linux package.

Failing that, you need to get the information about iis setup from the knowledgebase (linked in the top right corner of this page, and send that to your host.

i will contact emnet tomorrow and get swopped to linux should it then go on easier?
