Digital Downloads - error

The Actinic MS Access database??? No - the database stays on your PC - it does not go on the server.

All that Actinic loads to the server is perl and cgi scripts, css file(s) and static html files, and image files [and files specified for digital download or included in the additional files dialog].

Hi,

I had the exact same issue as this with the download feature on windows server - it was fine once everything was moved onto a UNIX server. Something to do with timeouts on windows server.........
