I'm still getting these after an upgarde to 8.5.2 - thought it was fixed?

I think you need to go to 'Design | Library | Layouts' and reset both layouts within the 'Shopping Cart Table' group in the library. Reset them back to the factory layout and it should work.

So that i don't have to reapply design changes can you let me know the relevant lines - if I do a "compare to factory version" and paste the results back here?

I don't seem to be able to copy and past out of Compare Factory Versions - however the differences seem to be HTML rather than block ifs or "<Actinic:REMOVE TAG="">" tags do you think you could quickly summarise what the bug fix is so that I can work out which lines I need to encorporate?

I haven't removed the references to AlsoBoughtLine, DiscountInfoLine, RelatedProductLine

however "Also Bought" isn't enabled in the site

To be honest, it looks as if the probably was fixed by a change in a Perl script (Actinic_PXML.pl) in 8.5.2 rather than a change in a shopping cart layout - so a restore to factory settings might not fix it.

I'm assuming you are using clean 8.5.2 scripts for the store. If you are then I think this error is being caused by another part of your design and you might need support to look into it. Sorry I cannot be of more help.

thanks Chris - just before I contact support one further quick bit of info - the scipt you mention is a clean version - however OrderScript.pl has been altered - is this relevant?

It could be. That script would detect the error and send it to Actinic_PXML.pl to deal with. It's worth mentioning it anyway.
