Is this what you're looking for? www.flowergallery.co.uk

We achieved this in the Brochure Home Page Settings|Page Title
which we named "Flower Gallery Home"

The Catalog index page General|Name was set to "Store Entrance"

When viewed on the web, the Brochure home page title shows as "Flower Gallery Home", and the catalog index page shows as "Flower Gallery Store Entrance"

Yep.....that's exactly what I'm looking for. I understand how you did it but that process does not seem to work for me. What version of Actinic did you put the site together with?

Would having two pages with the same title cause probs with robots
Generally yes in the content is similar as well. BUT in your case you should change your homepage title as the current one is poor IMO - it should be your primary keyword/phrase eg Fishing Tackle not your business name.

          This was done in V8.0.3.

            Hi Malcolm,

I understand where you're coming from but I'm not that concerned about achieving a high rank for the homepage for 'Fishing Tackle' Maybe I could put Company Name + Fishing Tackle as a compromise

I'm just a bit itchy about having two page titles exactly the same, but like you say it's only the page title, the content is different. I'm still having nightmare trying to get out of the sup index.....I've been at it now for near on 9 months (6 months G cache) I can't have to wait much longer.....

                Or swap them over.

I don't get this at all Changed the page title in page settings for my main page to what Malcolm suggested and it still shows just the company name.

It looks like I can't change the page titles on either the Home Page and the Catalog index page

Home Page/Page Settings/Page Title (Main Page)

                    and

                    Catalog/General/Name (Catalog Index)

The above are right aren't they?
