This fix won't be in the next maintenance release I'm afraid, but I have added the details of your report to the bug, which will increase the severtity of it within our internal system.

8.04 and DW 8 - same problem here. In fact i often find that a sight slip on the menu bar and accidentally hover over the "Actinic" menu, it also fires up then for me i.e. without having clicked, just hovered.

Yes Lee this happens with me but also my Actinic is password protected and when this happens the login tab does not open in front of the Actinic logo and it all crashes turns into a a bit of a nightmare!
