just when i thought everything was working fine,

The Network test now completes with no errors

The site uploads perfectly and merges with no errors

      but..

When i click Add to Cart or View Checkout i get::

      A General Script Error Occurred

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: Error opening configuration file ./acatalog/prompt.fil. No such file or directory
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner.

Why is this when everything seems to be working fine?

I found it the easiest thing too do, no problem with it at all

It might be worth doing a full site refresh? Also, there are some good options in the help/troubleshooting menu within Actinic

search the forum with that error message, see if its cropped up before, highly likely that it has, although i must admit i dont recall it.

                      Mike

Are you aware of the problems with SSL and Fasthost, I think you need to SSL the whole site not just the payment pages

Lots of bits about it on the forum

                      Best of luck

                        Chris,

I think Mike is going to use Actinic SSL so there shouldn't be a problem.

yes i had a good read through the forums and decided Actinic SSL was the answer as fasthosts only allow 10mb of space and i need over 600mb due to all the pictures i have and the whole site needs uploading to the ssl folder in fasthosts and it just isnt workable
