Credit card capture with Paypal Pro - help!

I'm very sorry but the thread was too long to read it from the start. So I missed the original question.

In case of Paypal Direct Payment Actinic sends only mandatory information to Paypal. The email address and the name is optional (alongside about 30-40 other parameters). Therefore currently you can only find the customer details by looking up the matching transaction ID in Actinic. I agree it in not very user friendly but I believe Bruce is happily adds this to our wish list for you.

Thanks very much for that. At least I know there's nothing I'm doing wrong.

It would be helpful if at least the basic information - name, email, address could be transferred to speed up reconciliation, but I'll use it as it is.
