Greetings
I have been going through a process of elimination the last 2 weeks. We are having an issue with Actinic V7 software that we run our sister company on. It is a very strange issue and i will do my best to explain it and see if anyone out there has had the same thing.
The screen that displays the orders within actinic keeps refreshing itself every few seconds, which in turn means that we can't access the downloaded orders.
I have:
Compacted the database.
Reinstalled the Actinic Software
Upgraded to V7.0.7
Tried the database on other Computers
Tried to repair the database through the Actinic Repair Option
I have looked through the Error log file within Actinic with no luck
I have looked the computer management log file ( no luck)
Did a windows system roll back to a much earlier date (no luck)
Uninstalled all new programs
Emailed the database to actinic and the development team said that there was nothing wrong.
I do reliase that this is very possibly not an actinic fault, but i'm tearing my hair out with this and just wondered if anyone out there has come across anything like it.
Any comments appreciated..
Thank You
Shannon
