But I think you can import the orders from another Actinic dbase file if you have one? At least I hope so! I'm using a temporary older dbase file for my live store while Support fix a newer but 'wrong' dbase file for me. I was assured I would be able to import the orders received during the interim back into the fixed dbase when I receive it.
So if you have a backed-up copy of the Actinic installation you may be able to recover previously downloaded orders. At least that is my understanding.
A heart transplant at Papworth Hospital in February 2005 saved my life. Please consider signing up on the Organ Donor Register at www.uktransplant.org. Give Life!
You can export 'order information' from the catalog, but it is not not done via a second download, it is a case of extracting the info from the database, once it has been downloaded.

Beware - as Jan rightly pointed out recently you can import orders but they will overwrite the existing orders - you cannot merge them.
We have multiple customer service people and a supervisor reviewing orders.
Only one person managing and uploading to the site.
There should be some method for more than one workstation to be able to view incoming orders.
Without this the program looses from its value.
