The add to cart button is showing a relative path (/cgi-bin/ca000004.pl) instead of the full URL (http:// www. yachtchandlers.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000004.pl)

Don't know why but it does explain why the cookie's not working.

There is a tick box somehere, i thought it was under network settings that aloows you to use relative paths, i dont seem to have it on my version here strange i know i've seen it somewere.

When you find it take the tick out, then the buttons will have you full url's

Thanks guys, I have found the check box saying "Use relative Paths to CGI in catalog pages"

I have unchecked this and am doing a full site refresh.

                Fingers crossed

I unchecked the box that says "Use relative CGI-BIN URL's in Catalog pages" and did a refresh website.

                    It is still not working

                    Help.......

Drounding, does the path look correct now??

I will try change the Script ID to something else to see if this helps after the unchecking of the box...

Nope - changing the Script ID after unchecking the relative box did not work.

The link for the checkout button is looking for

                          http://www.yachtchandlers.co.uk/cgi-...fEpirbs%2ehtml

                          Is this correct?

Would it help to go back to an earlier version on Actinic V8 as the current version does not work properly? I am sure I saw a link somewhere where you can download older versions.

Or should I delete everything off the server and upload fresh?

I really have to get something sorted out, my client is getting very jumpy about having a shop that you cant shop with.

Might there be somewhere else in the setup that has a "Use relative CGI-BIN URL's in Catalog pages" setting??

What about trying to Compact the database?? Would this affect the cookies??

As a thought, IO changed it back to use SSL on checkout pages to see if this would jolt anything into life.

                                Nope

I will change it back now to non-SSL to get that working right hopefully.....

Could it be an error in whatever generated these cookies? How can I find out what does this?

I have read some mention on here (usually for older versions of Actinic) about the server time. But I dont think this would be the trouble. I have 5 other Actinic sites all working flawlessly on the same server.

There is just some damn little checkbox or full stop in the wrong place here somewhere with this one. I JUST NEED TO FIND IT!!

I will buy a beer for the person who solves this
