Did this situation get resolved? Just I can't do export site snapshot without getting error message "catalog.exe has generated errors & will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created"

Did loads of snapshots yesterday but can't do one today.

The only time I am unable to snapshot is after a routine has been run on the database to extract new order addresses into our accounting software - there seems to be some spurious connection left open to the database and it is causing the issue... could this be similar if using say one of Jan's or Bill's etc tools for reading the database?

A full reboot, compact and restart of Actinic with an immediate snapshot export will work for me.

What version of Actinic are you on at the moment?

                Kind regards,

Bruce, you're a legend. Spend 2 days on phone to support and your post about delete sections then try one by one. stopped all my errors. Why didnt anyone else know that on support! Currently my sites with the development team and ISNT LIVE!

                    Cheers Bruce
