I am just setting up Customer Accounts - and set myself an account up as a trial and sent myself the email with the log on details - but it never arrived. Tried to set up another account with different email address, still never arrived. I can sent email from within the orders section and also the test email from within Network Setup arrives, so I do know that they are working.
Does anyone have any ideas why the customer account emails is not working?
