    Customer Account's Email

    Hi
    I am just setting up Customer Accounts - and set myself an account up as a trial and sent myself the email with the log on details - but it never arrived. Tried to set up another account with different email address, still never arrived. I can sent email from within the orders section and also the test email from within Network Setup arrives, so I do know that they are working.

    Does anyone have any ideas why the customer account emails is not working?

    Try operations/send emails, see if it is queued in there.

        I just deleted all my customer accounts - purged everything and then re-created them. Emails are sending fine now... now sure why it would not work first time.
        Anyway good to share problems

          mmm... happening again this morning. Network settings OK, sends me email. Orders emailing OK, I entered a fake sale and it sent me email.

          Pulling my hair out now, suppose I will just have to send them out manually from outlook - defeats the object really.

          anyone got any ideas?
