Sorry if I hadn't made the issue clear - our site is fully accessible through www, but not through non-www, therefore if any existing customer or anybody happens to pick up our domain name, enter it into their browser, they'll get the http://cupar.. non-working version. Hence the need for the redirect.

    Darren/Drounding..

Thanks for the advice and the links, I think I've got what I need now, just going to quickly upload and see if it solves the problem Although Google indexing non-www is an issue and although our Google webmaster account does specify to use www, as it is not a foolproof system for both robots and humans, this issue has caused quite a few problems as customers have had to phone and order over the phone as opposed to a couple of clicks here and there on the net.

    Cheers,
    Grant

Grant the link i gave you is the work around for zeus, unfortunately there is no easy option, well the easy option is to move hosts IMHO, but you might not see it that way

        Hey Darren.

I copied the code as given, and changed all instances of domain-name.com to cupargardencentre.co.uk, went to the Names (as in NamesCo) script page, entered the code, clicked validate, and got an error which reads:
        Code:
SERIOUS:RequestRewrite:Unknown or invalid command syntax on line 2.
        .

Now, I understand most of you guys here don't know a lot about Zeus, so looks like, for now, I'll just have to live and let be.

Changing hosts is 1 option, but not when you factor the price in.

For the bandwidth our site requires, Namesco give a better service in terms of user-performance and price - less than a quarter of the previous hosts' price, which wasn't really cost effective. This has, so far, been the only issue, therefore, so far, so good

        Cheers,
        Grant
