finally bit the bullet and upgraded to the business plus version 2 user but having a hard time getting it working.
We keep getting the error "sycronisation with the actinic server has failed and actinic must restart"
This even happens on the main pc hosting the actinic files.
I have even tried installing actinic on a fresh windows xp professional pc with no oher programs installed and it works fine when I don't select
file -> multi user options -> share this sites data
but this means that I can only use actinic on 1 pc
Has anyone managed to get multi-user to work or is it just us ?
I have already rased this with support but the 2 solutions that they gave did not work
In a nut shell if we dont share this sites data (i.e. allows 2 users to access this site) it works fine, otherwise we keep getting the sycronisation error on both pc's (i.e. the one with actinic database and the order processing one outside )
