Well, I'm sat here trying to understand how my upgrade to Business Plus with two user licences is worth £1,000.

If you want analytics (with full ecommerce integration) we have been giving it away at Google Analytics for anybody to use in V8 for nuthin

i think unfortunately multi user has come down in price, i have multisite, but i now get the multiuser option, not that i need it and will probably use it but for me its a bonus.

But i agree £1000 is a bit step, but mine is done via cover perhaps thats the way to go infuture

Question if you take cover out on V8 will you get the upgrade to V9, then its alot less than £1000

You haven't got MU for free - you will still need Client licences.
