Hi WebD - your screen shot shows exactly what I have and I have also checked and I have the new Google code: http://www.google.com/support/google...n&answer=55528
However, I still get no E-Commerce functionality in my Analytics - just the usual GA about page views, visitors etc.

Is you script ID up to date?

The only thing I can suggest then, is that you set up a new Analytics account and try the new number in V9.

I guess I could set up a new account, but wouldn't I loose all my last years data? I'd really not want to lose that.

Sorry, but what do you mean by script ID - what's that?

              Web | Network Setup

You'll find your script ID number on the bottom left.

              The 2:

              /bin/ca000002.pl

is the script ID, if it's different edit GA.

You will only loose last years data is you delete the existing account. A new account may make any difference, but I swear this set up is exactly the same as the previous account only this time e commerce is working.

Have people managed to get this working?

I have a client site which I cannot get it to work for: http://www.staychilledusa.com/

The site is running Actinic V9.0.3.0.0.0.IMMA and is using the standard integrated Google Analytics code. i.e. I have not changed/added anything Google related into the site, except the client's Google Web Property ID.

I have followed all of the steps in Actinic Help and on this thread but get Google to record any E-Commerce data.

                  Does anyone have any ideas?

                    In a word Richard NO!

I have tried everything, the ecommerce sales and products works fine, goals is a no go, i have upgraded to v9.0.4 on a few sites so will check to see if it is working now, although i doubt it will make any difference.

                      Ooooh i take it back

one site is now working, after months of it not working it now shows me my goal conversions, though i only achieve 25% to reciept - is this good or bad, i dont really know.

im off to check other sites now

                        Hi Darren,

Thanks for the quick response and great news that it is now working for at least one of your sites.

The thing is, I seem to be getting the Goal Conversion on the receipt, but I'm not getting any E-Commerce data at all:

Are you actually getting any E-Commerce/product data?

Could this be a PayPal issue?

Having checked another site, i get ecommerce data but no goal conversion. I have checked the reciept page and have found some extra google tracking code so have deleted this. I think it was from adwords a while ago.

So fingers crossed it will start to pick up the goals now.

So in essence your problem is the opposite way around to me

This is very frustrating and yes Darren, it does appear that we have opposite problems.

I do think that PayPal may be causing and issue for this site.

Darren, I presume that your sites which are receiving E-Commerce data are not using PayPal?

But you mentioning this has reminded me about a discussion on another forum and conversion rates, thank you

Have not been able to find that hot topic so far, but I'll keep looking.

In the meantime, a snapshot is on it's way to support, so maybe they'll be able to shed some light on it.
