Cant Complete Offline Order

yeh, that's the thing. These ones aren't OFFLINE orders which seemed to be the problem initially.
These are perfectly normal ONLINE orders but, interestingly, it only happens on the orders where I've refunded via AP, through the order itself and NOT on every/all orders.

So....is it also an Actinic Payments related bug?? You use AP, don't you, Wesley?

we do use actinic payments as well as protx
having checked it was an actinic payment with the order
