Hi
I have been on the tech support about this and they haven’t got back me.
I have invited my customers to request a log in password by offering discounts.
I have had lots of my customers take up my offer, I have no problems sending them there passwords etc.
The Problem is actinic doesn’t work, it wont let them log in.
Tech support say it’s a long standing BUG.
Well honestly if it’s a know bug they should either fix it or withdraw the function.
Any ideas?

Although there probably are other SSL certificates you can buy that will give your site a bit of security at, say, the price of a bag of crisps? Always remember an SSL certificate authorised by your neighbour won't boost your customers confidence - go with a name brand that has some recognition online, which for me - at the moment - GeoTrust does the job.
