Just found this thread and this will solve most of our problems here, can't wait and I'll finally be able to upgrade our oldest site before Christmas, yes v4 still running and doing us proud!!

I think you can only upgrade from v5 onwards (but even then, I would thoroughly recommend starting from scratch!)

I managed to upgrade a v4 site the other day successfully.

I did have to upgrade from v4 -> v5 (as only v5 could handle v4 snapshots). Then I went from v5 -> v7 and then finally from v7 -> v9 (using a default design - fairly obviously) It actually went quite smoothly. Good luck!

Q: Release date for 9.0.3

Hello,

Is there a release date for 9.0.3. I have some corrput database issues which Support said 9.0.3. may resolve. If this fails the alternative is a clean install and a manual rebuild it seems, so I prefer to try 9.0.3 first.

Have you tried a repair in Access, that sometimes fixes a load of problems, just dont upgrade the access version and only use a copy of your MDB

Someone dangled a carrot a week ago. Told us what was going to be in 903. Promise of fixes for many problems and issues. Boy was I ever excited

Did I miss it? Has it been and gone?

They did so much testing they thought they may as well combine it with V10 and save the little numbers on the end

another one keenly awaiting 9.03, just been hacking the database again for orders that wont ship. Lost count how many we have had problems with!

Am i right in thinking 9.03 still has a public beta to go yet before the proper release.
