                        Hi all.
I did an upgrade on windows XP SP2 from v9.02-business-- mega problems.
I did a fresh install on windows XP SP2 with a V.902 business snapshot import, big problems.
I did an upgrade form V902 business on Vista SP1 mega problems
I did a fresh install on Vista SP1 big problems.
I tried using an Apache localhost server that I knew worked with V902, mega big problems-no products at all, not one at all however many times I uploaded.
I tried using test mode on our Actinic hosted website, better but still mega problems, products come and go on each refresh at random....
I tried a small test website built from scratch, not good!
I am convinced it's the new multi-threaded refresh process.
I now have no hair left, and I write this in a darkened padded cell.

                          Did you uninstall - no
                          Operating System - XP
                          Snapshot file size - 24mb
                          Problem found - none
                          Actinic Software type - catalog
                          Server type and Host linux

I say none but only realised after a number of protx payments failed that I needed to reapply the password to the OCCProtxScriptTemplate. Not something I considered.

Firstly thank you all for pulling together this excellent list of configs, its proved extremely useful.

...which leads me onto my second point. Happily I can report over night we have identified and fixed 'the case of the missing products'. We are conducting some testing in house at the moment.

There are also a couple of other issues reported we need to investigate, but we are making good progress.

While testing is underway I cant commit to a date just yet for obvious reasons, however I would hope to have it available soon.

More news as it breaks folks.
