    Problem with refund/sales analysis

    Hiya,

    I've got an ongoing problem that continues since I updated to the latest version.
    When I cancel and refund an order, it is not reflected on the sales analysis. The funds are down but the stock still shows the same amount. How do I get a refund/cancelled order to reflect in my sales analysis for that day?

    At the moment I am having to account for it manually by writing notes on the analysis sheets - not the best option.

    Hi Sophia,

    It looks like there may be an issue with that report. I've asked the development team to comment and will post back as soon as I've heard from them.

      Hi,

      I'm sorry for the delay but I've finally got an updated Sales Analysis report that should no show any cancelled products. Take a backup of your current SalesAnalysis.rpt file (found in c:\program files\actinic v9) and then unzip the attached into the same folder.
