    Thanks Chris @ Actinic Support

    As the forum is often used to whine about support, i thought it would be nice to show some thanks.

    I called Actinic Support today and got a nice man called Chris who actually solved my problem!!! He didn't just want to get me off the phone or refer me to someone else who would look into it and get back to me, he was proactive in finding a solution and he did in no time at all!!!!

    I would pay my developer subscription just to have him on the end of the phone!

    Aww that's lovely Nikki, nice touch.

    He will be effing and beeing at you now though as everyone rings up asking specifically for him.

    Gary gets my vote.

      You can see what he looks like here, he's the one with the red 'hat' on!! He's very cool and likes to stay await from heat sources

        wow, didn't realise he had a fan club! not surprised though, it really is rare in support to find someone like that!

              his intials were CJ, not CD so not sure if its the same person

                I've had some good dealings with him in the passed too. Chris Jackson I beleive is his name.
