Cant complete pending orders

no, straight forward online orders with no oddities, the only one to show shipped and move to completed was one i had to do swap over on sizes, adjustments and discounts and I was expecting this one to be the one to stick Orders either side of this one are still refusing to budge so all very strange

Here are the comments back from Actinic Support.....

Regretably there are two bugs at play here with one was masking the other. The upshot is that the bug discovered was fixed for v903 but the other one only became apparent once v903 was released, effectively causing the same issue.



In the meantime, to transfer the completed orders from the ‘Pending’ to ‘Completed’ enable the ‘export to files’ feature (‘Settings | Business Settings | Order Processing’ tick the box ‘Enable Export to Files’), select all of the orders that have this problem, right click and select ‘ReExport To Orders’ and the orders will complete and move to the ‘Completed’ area.



PLEASE NOTE: Ensure that you have only done this to the orders that you have finished, as this procedure will complete unfinished orders also.

I believe exporting these orders is a fudge to fix this problem, they seem to play ball after that IIRC.

Works a treat but Actinic, is this bug to be fixed in next release?

Have just looked at this problem and all oversea's orders are going thru' to completed where as all the others are getting caught in pending.

Will look at it more indepth next week as it looks like it could be some way that the tax is set up in shipping that is casuing all the problems.
