Cant complete pending orders

Hi Folks,

Can anyone help?

I have over 60 orders sitting on my 'pending' window and cant move them on to complete and is now getting a tad confusing to look at. Some of them are on-line orders, some are off-line, some show not as 'not shipped' when they have been shipped. Some show 3000% shipped and some say 0% shipped.

Any ideas?

Are you using v9.0.3? The % shipped was supposed to be fixed in 9.0.3 - upgrade to that version if you're not already on it.

V9.0.2. But, have just ordered Business +, so it should have the fix?!?!

You should still download v903 from the Actinic site. Business Plus will only give you a new licence key, any software sent on CD may not be the latest anyway.

Backup well before doing any upgrades.

Yes - as Duncan said, backup. That means take a Snapshot (ie. Export Site) and a backup of the Site1 folder through Windows Explorer.

Managed to upgrade to V9.0.0.3 but still dont seem to be able to complete any of the orders.......

I believe exporting these orders is a fudge to fix this problem, they seem to play ball after that IIRC.

Do order lines still show over and above 100%?

We are now getting the same problem here with 9.0.3 IMMA were the orders stay in pending and will not move to shipped as the shipped tab will not show them as shipped.
Only 1 order yesterday managed to go to completed and for the life of me can't see a problem or the difference between the one that went thru' and the ones that won't budge

Take a backup or six of the database and dive right in seems the only option.

Are these offline orders that you have added and changed lines?
