Hi All,
We move offices at the weekend and since then we have not been able to get Actinic Multi User working.
I seem to of tried everything and this is really starting to have a negative effect on business now.
Basically, I've tried installing/reinstalling the software changing directories, turning off firewalls and we just get the following Synch Server error
"Actinic was unable to connect to the Syncronization server. Please check your network connections and that the Sychronisation server is running. Would you like to retry or exit Actinic?"
Can anyone please offer any advice.
