Sounds like sometimes the write is not completing correctly from PC to memory stick. The windows write buffer management to the stick may be at fault. Some memory sticks are more succeptable than others to this.

You've sent the snapshot to your client (how?) and they cannot import it as they get that error message?
You've tried importing the snapshot yourself into Actinic and it imports fine?
How are you transferring the file to your client?
Personally i think its my clients machine as this has been working for around 2 monthes then suddenly stops and gives the error message.
I have tried the snapshot on a xp machine and vista both imports correctly with no error messages.
I am currently emailing the acd file but its 6.18mb i know this is a bit to much but could this be causing the error?

Solution I put the acd file into a zip file uploaded it to my customers server for them to download.
Guess what? IT WORKED
The file must of been getting corrupt during sending the acd file by email.
Thank you so much members for helping me sort this issue.
Maybe for the other member who has this problem the file maybe getting corrupt during transfer process on the memory stick. Try making a new backup and saving this to your desktop then try importing the snap shot.
