Can someone help with a big problem I am having with a clients site and setting up the Network settings?
Background to the problem is:
Machine I originally built the site on crashed and I had to format the drive which lost the original setup files for the clients shop.
When I deployed the site to the client I disabled the option for them to change the network setup.
The clients hosting company has now changed the server they are on and the the client needs to be able to change the network settings to the new server.
I am able to import a site snapshot from the client but cannot access the network setup as it is disabled. In business settings the Network Setup option is greyed out and cannot select.
Does anyone know how I can restore this so I can update the network settings?
Is there a file I can access to manually change the settings on either Actinic or the published site?
