Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script

    Hi all,

while doing some updates today a customer informs me he couldn't check out.

All I have changed today is an image on the home page and added a new courier service to our site and uploaded them.

The error message is this below when you choose either paypal or worldpay

"Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script"

Our website is in my sig.

Any ideas on why it's doing this? I have not to my knowledge changed any of the scripts. I have attempted to re-fresh the site, but with no luck

    thanks for any assistance.

    Backup. Some points to try...

You may have to copy over the paypal and worldpay scripts from Common to your site folder.
Try changing the script id and refreshing the site.
You may have to restore from a snapshot.

          Think I have it sorted,

I've had to travel into work and refresh the site from there and now it WORKS! lol

so annoying, but all seems well now

Hmm, so a Site Refresh did fix it? Or did you have to do other things before the Site Refresh? It's always helpful to post the fix on the forum - particularly when the error message produced isn't well documented on here already.

Well I have actinic in two places, one at work and the other at home where I also do a lot of updates.

Now I know this isn't correct, but I actually copy my site folder and back the whole lot up in 3 places, at work, home and on a removable harddrive.

All I've done now is used the works copy and refreshed the site here and it works again, sorry I can't be any more detailed then that.
